An exciting opportunity is available at CQUniversity’s Brisbane campus for a Campus Experience Specialist. In this key role, you will help ensure the campus operates smoothly and efficiently by overseeing a wide range of activities, from building maintenance and event coordination to reporting, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
Your strong communication and organisational skills will enable you to liaise effectively with staff, students, contractors and the wider community, building positive relationships and ensuring timely service delivery. You will also support campus events, maintain records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Requirements
- Ability to quickly develop knowledge of policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and achieve outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in business software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email and database systems.
