An exciting opportunity has become available at CQUniversity’s Bundaberg Campus for a Campus Administration Assistant. We are seeking a team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys a variety of tasks. Your ability to multitask, communicate clearly and maintain attention to detail will be essential as you contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help refine administrative processes.
In this role, you will apply your outstanding customer service abilities in serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring the seamless daily operations of our vibrant campus. Your administrative responsibilities will encompass handling financial transactions, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting the organisation of campus events and maintaining accurate records. You will collaborate with campus-based colleagues across multiple directorates to support the overall success of the campus.

Position Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries, resolve concerns and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Knowledge of financial and administrative processes such as purchasing, accounts payable/receivable and venue bookings
- Effective organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computing knowledge in the use of business support software, including word processing, spreadsheeting, internet and email.
