Play a key role in delivering targeted, data-driven marketing communications that support student recruitment and engagement at CQUniversity. Join the Global Brand and Marketing Directorate and contribute to campaigns that connect with prospective students at every stage of their journey.

 

As Marketing Officer – Lead Nurture and Automation, you will execute email nurture journeys using established marketing automation and connected platforms. Working with approved templates, audience segments and business rules, you’ll build, schedule and deploy communications that are accurate, compliant and aligned with brand standards. You’ll also coordinate content inputs, conduct quality assurance checks, and maintain data integrity across campaigns.

 

Working closely with marketing and recruitment teams, you will monitor campaign activity, manage enquiries, and support continuous process improvement. You will generate routine performance reports, highlighting trends and insights to inform campaign optimisation and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Position Requirements

 

  • Relevant qualification in marketing, communications or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing digital marketing activities across data-driven channels such as email, forms and landing pages within established processes.
  • Experience using, or the ability to quickly learn, CRM or marketing automation platforms, with strong attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, approvals and deployments to meet deadlines.
  • Clear written communication and basic reporting skills, with the ability to interpret standard dashboards and identify trends, variances and anomalies.
