- Total Remuneration $95,618 to $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 to $90,890 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate plays a vital role in shaping and promoting CQUniversity’s identity across Australia and internationally. Our team is responsible for delivering strategic marketing initiatives, managing brand integrity, and supporting internal stakeholders with high-quality advertising, creative production, and campaign services.
In this role, you’ll support the planning and delivery of advertising and marketing materials across the University. You’ll review requests, offer marketing advice, write and edit content, and help ensure creative and written output aligns with our brand and style guidelines. You’ll also assist with the development of helpful resources for internal teams and contribute to smooth, timely service with a strong focus on quality and collaboration.

Position Requirements
- An Associate Diploma in marketing, communications or a related field and at least two years subsequent work experience (or equivalent) including advertising and production, marketing campaigns, copywriting and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
- Proven experience in advertising and production media, including print, digital, and promotional materials.
- Proficiency in business support software (e.g. Microsoft Suite and project management tools) and the ability to learn new systems
- A current Class C driver’s licence and willingness to travel or work outside standard hours when required (staff may be required to work on other campuses other than the primary location)
