We lead strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the University’s profile, support student recruitment, and drive engagement through innovative content and targeted campaigns.

 

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Officer to join our Lead Nurture and Automation team. In this role, you will combine your strengths in marketing automation and connected platforms, data, content creation and campaign planning to deliver targeted, high-impact communications to prospective students.

 

You will design and optimise nurture journeys, leveraging audience segmentation, personalisation and data insights to enhance engagement and conversion. Working closely with brand, advertising, future students and insights teams, you will ensure aligned messaging and a seamless prospective student experience across channels.

Position Requirements

 

  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and digital campaign delivery, particularly email marketing.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret data, implement data-driven marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance.
  • Highly developed written communication skills, with experience in content planning and creation for digital audiences.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver integrated marketing outcomes.
  • Degree in marketing or a related discipline, with at least four years’ relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Understanding of the Australian tertiary education sector and Tertiary Admissions Centre (TAC) processes (Desirable).
