We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team in the School of Engineering and Technology, supporting staff and students across both Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education (HE).
In this varied role, you’ll handle emails, organise meetings, maintain records, assist with events, coordinate casual appointments, and prepare documentation – all while contributing to smooth day-to-day operations within a supportive team.

Position Requirements
- Proficient in the operation of computers.
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to organise work, meet deadlines and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
- Successful candidate will be required to work on-campus (this role is not suitable for remote or work-from-home arrangements).
