The team drives data-driven marketing, digital engagement, and recent brand refresh initiatives to support sustainable growth across its diverse, multi-campus footprint. In this dynamic role, you will craft compelling, donor-focused content that elevates fundraising and alumni engagement initiatives, delivering impactful campaigns across digital channels. You will collaborate with passionate teams and stakeholders, transforming insights into engaging communications – from email campaigns and donor reports to multimedia storytelling assets. With a strong focus on data-driven improvement, you will refine audience engagement and strengthen relationships with alumni and supporters.

Position Requirements

 

  • A relevant degree with subsequent experience; or an equivalent combination of qualifications, training, and demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or multimedia design, with a strong focus on digital channels.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, supported by strong interpersonal and customer service capability, and an ability to engage effectively with culturally diverse communities.
  • Proven experience using enterprise systems such as email marketing platforms (e.g. Marketo or Vision6), Microsoft applications and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or tasks, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Strong capability in email marketing, persuasive storytelling and clear, engaging copywriting.
  • Sound knowledge of data privacy obligations, ethical storytelling principles and communication compliance requirements.
