We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Future Students Officer to help deliver our local and national Future Students strategy. You will be at the forefront of engaging with various audiences, including secondary school students, community groups, and non-school leaver groups. You will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, industry leaders, not-for-profit organisations, and other stakeholders to drive our mission of expanding access to higher education.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or education.
  • A relevant degree (or equivalent experience and training).
  • Proficiency in using business support software and large corporate information systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and facilitating events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children positive notice).
  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
  • Ability to undertake regular regional and domestic travel. (Desirable)
  • Experience working with school-aged students or individuals from low socio-economic backgrounds, First Nations communities, or rural/remote areas. (Desirable)
