As a key member of the academic team, your primary objective will be to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, delivering exceptional education and support to our diverse student body. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant teaching and research experience and expertise in using large corporate systems. You will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of postgraduate nursing programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and contemporary healthcare practices. You will oversee projects, adhere to educational guidelines, and consistently uphold a high standard of service.

Position Requirements
- Relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent in Nursing.
- Current registration as a Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) with no restrictions
- Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education.
- Awareness of current professional and educational issues in the field.
- Proven ability in research and scholarship, with publications in reputable journals and successful research grant applications.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, with experience in multi-modal delivery strategies for student support.
