Working alongside the Deputy Dean (Research), you will provide high-level administrative and operational support for our Research Higher Degree (RHD) students and academic staff. You’ll be a go-to contact for research and academic administration, helping streamline processes, solve problems, and deliver excellent service.

Position Requirements
- Knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate MS Office Suite, and business support software including word processing, spreadsheeting, database systems, CRM and email.
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of systems, policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
