We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Academic Pathways Adviser to join our dynamic Students Directorate. This position is crucial in supporting students through the recognition of prior learning and facilitating credit and articulation processes that allow for smooth academic progression.
In this role, you will assess and process credit for prior learning applications and ensure the accurate transfer of credits. Additionally, you will deliver exceptional service to our diverse student community, resolve complex enquiries, and ensure that each application is handled efficiently. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you compare learning outcomes from other universities with CQUniversity’s standards, ensuring precise credit matching.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge (or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge) of the higher education sector, academic credit processes, and related legislation.
- Proficiency in a range of systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, student management systems, CRM).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to provide sound advice across cultural and educational backgrounds and interpret policy and procedures clearly.
- A relevant degree and/or extensive experience in a similar role. Desirable
- Understanding of Advanced Standing or Articulation processes. Desirable
