In this dynamic role, you’ll assess and process credit for prior learning applications, analyse course equivalencies, and ensure accurate and timely outcomes for students and stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with academics, professional staff, and external institutions to deliver integrated, student-centred services.

Position Requirements

 

  • Comprehensive knowledge, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge, of issues relevant to the higher education sector, CQUniversity’s courses/units and policies/procedures and current legislative guidelines, with the ability to interpret and implement, as necessary.
  • Proficient in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards in order to achieve successful outcomes.
