Working closely with the Queensland Centre for Domestic and Family Violence Research (QCDFVR), you will collaborate with experts, academics, and external partners to address the complexities of gendered violence, promote awareness, and influence policy reform. This is a pivotal opportunity for an individual passionate about making a real-world impact through academic excellence and leadership in this essential area of social justice.

Position Requirements

 

  • Hold doctoral qualifications (PhD or equivalent) plus significant experience in the relevant discipline.
  • Expertise in the field of gendered violence education and research, and an understanding of the service system associated with responding to this violence.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education.
  • Familiarity with University standards, academic writing, research and assessment regulations.
