Join CQUniversity’s Future Students Team and play a key role in connecting prospective students with life-changing education opportunities.
As a Future Students Officer, you will support the delivery of the University’s local and national strategy by engaging with diverse audiences, including secondary school students, community groups, and non-school leaver groups. You will deliver presentations, events, and outreach activities that raise aspirations toward higher education and training pathways.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organisations, industry partners, and not-for-profits, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated initiatives. You will also track engagement activities, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of programs.
This position suits a proactive and adaptable professional who enjoys building networks and working across diverse communities in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or education.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver events or information sessions.
- Proficiency in using business support software and large corporate information systems.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams, schools, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to undertake regional and domestic travel. (Desirable)
