The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate at CQUniversity is dedicated to generating interest in the University, a goal shared across all departments. This Directorate oversees student recruitment and all marketing activities, including branding, and provides support and advice to faculties and divisions on various specialities.
As a Future Students Senior Officer, you will work under the leadership of a Future Students Coordinator to develop and implement a range of activities supporting CQUniversity’s local and national Future Students strategy. You will take a proactive role in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, while providing leadership and guidance to team members in delivering project and activity outcomes.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with and develop future students while promoting the CQUniversity experience to the broader community.

Position Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or education.
- Proficient in business software and corporate information systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.
- Extensive experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or education, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Skilled in developing engagement strategies and reports, with excellent written, verbal, and public speaking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
