The School of Education and the Arts is seeking a motivated professional to join our team and contribute to the smooth delivery of the School’s operations.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support and student liaison services to the School. You will be responsible for responding to enquiries, coordinating academic and student processes, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. You will also assist with committee administration, travel and finance processing, and contribute to engagement activities.
This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys variety in their day and delivers work that is accurate and consistently of a high standard. Your contribution will help create a positive and well-supported experience for both students and staff.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency with the MS Office Suite and business support software, with the ability to quickly learn relevant policies, procedures and organisational systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time‑management and problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with clients from all levels and backgrounds and deliver a responsive client service.
- A relevant degree; or an associate diploma with two years’ experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Desirable)
