Working as part of the Student Service SPOT, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students.
As the first point of contact for both current and future student enquiries in our busy call centre and on campus, you will be supporting our students to navigate university systems and processes and setting them up to get the most out of their university experience.
We are seeking a skilled communicator with customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to join our team. You will provide accurate, timely and documented advice to students on a range of matters including course advice, administration, admissions, enrolment, fees and scholarships.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of information systems, Microsoft software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse community.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and learning.
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills.
