Join our Student Service SPOT team, CQUniversity’s multi-channel student service centre, delivering support through phone, digital and face-to-face interactions. Be part of a team that makes a real difference to the student experience!
As the first point of contact for current and prospective students, you will provide support across phone, email and online platforms. You will guide students through university systems and processes, helping them feel confident and supported at every stage of their journey.
We are seeking a confident communicator with strong customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver accurate, timely and well-documented advice across areas including course information, admissions, enrolment, fees, scholarships and general administration.
In this role, you will help create positive student experiences, provide genuine support and contribute to a collaborative team that takes pride in delivering quality service.

Position Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse university community.
- Knowledge and proficiency in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards to achieve successful outcomes.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and administrative experience.
- Knowledge of Call Centre techniques.
