• Continuing, Full-Time (36.25 hours per week, with potential for overtime)
• School of Trades
• CQUniversity Mackay (Relocation support available)
• Total Remuneration $120,134 to $133,098 pa (including salary of $101,515 to $112,470 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
• Progression beyond Teacher Step 4 will only occur if an approved teaching qualification has been obtained

You will be responsible for providing training in servicing, diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and components in vehicles in the automotive electrical service and repair industry.

Position Requirements

• Possession of a relevant qualification in automotive electrical, or similar.   
• Willingness to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122), if not already completed.  
• Knowledge of the education and training sector and the ability to positively respond to new directions and demands of the training market. 
• Demonstrated current industry skills directly relevant to the training/assessment being delivered.
