If you don’t hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, don’t worry! CQUniversity will provide you with a scholarship and you’ll be paid to work and study. Once you have completed this certificate, you’ll hold the qualifications required to teach apprentices the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in their trade. Position Requirements

 

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education, or equivalent.  
  • Possession of a relevant vocational qualification/s at the level equivalent to or higher than the level to be delivered: industry qualification (certificate, trade certificate, diploma, degree or masters).
  • Knowledge of the education and training sector and the ability to positively respond to new directions and demands of the training market.
  • Demonstrated current industry skills directly relevant to the training/assessment being delivered.
  • Possession of Electrical Licence (desirable).
