CQUniversity’s School of Engineering and Technology is seeking a skilled Casual ICT Technical Specialist to provide expert technical support in a dynamic and innovative environment.

In this role, you will assist with troubleshooting, network maintenance, and system support to ensure seamless ICT operations. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the school’s digital infrastructure, supporting staff, students, and research activities. Position Requirements

• Provide high-level ICT technical support for research, teaching, and commercial activities within the School of Engineering and Technology.
• Assist with troubleshooting, network maintenance, and system support to ensure seamless ICT operations.
• Apply specialist technical skills in the analysis, design, and production of systems, experiments, and equipment, including network, server, and cloud platforms.
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and industry associates to integrate state-of-the-art developments with research project outcomes.
• Oversee and instruct staff and students in the safe operation of technical teaching/research facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
