About the Position
We are seeking a Client Service Officer with excellent communication skills to provide a broad range of administrative, technical, project and client support functions at the library desk on our Melbourne campus.
In this position, you will support students and staff across a variety of enquiries, including library services, locating information, resolving basic ICT issues and using learning systems. You will deliver assistance in person, as well as via phone, video and online channels, while contributing to administrative tasks and supporting a high-quality, client-focused service environment.
This is a varied and hands-on position that requires a proactive approach, strong customer service focus and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Position Requirements
- Experience working in a library or client service environment.
- Strong customer focus with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Well-developed problem-solving, planning and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other office productivity applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
