As an International Admissions Officer, you’ll coordinate and oversee the admissions process for international students, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering outstanding service.

 

Work as part of the Student Success Division which has staff positioned at all CQUniversity campuses to provide student advice and support to commencing international students (VET and Higher Education). You will work as part of a team to create a first-class onboarding experience for our international students, supporting them to successfully transition to studying and living in Australia, with a key focus on student retention.

Position Requirements

 

  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including assessing applications, issuing offers, and processing Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs).
  • Cultivate relationships with education agents and prospective students while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct Genuine Student and/or financial assessments in line with Australian Government guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage application trends, ensuring compliance with governance, legislative, and procedural requirements.
