Join CQUniversity’s International Directorate and play a key role in supporting the admissions journey for international students across Higher Education and VET. This maternity leave backfill offers the opportunity to coordinate the end-to-end admissions process, from application assessment and offer generation through to enrolment and Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) issuance.
Using your initiative, analytical skills and attention to detail, you will assess applications in line with legislative and University requirements, including Genuine Student (GS) considerations and visa framework compliance. You will manage high-volume processing while maintaining accuracy, identifying trends or anomalies, and ensuring turnaround times are met.
Working collaboratively, you will liaise with education agents and prospective students, delivering a high standard of customer service and supporting a smooth transition to study and life in Australia. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of admissions processes and maintain accurate, compliant student records.

Position Requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end international admissions, from application assessment and offer generation through to issuing Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs).
- Ability to build relationships with agents and prospective students, delivering strong customer service.
- Experience conducting Genuine Student and financial assessments in line with Australian Government requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on compliance.
- Experience in international admissions or recruitment (desirable).
- Additional language skills (desirable).
