We are seeking an International Admissions and Compliance Officer to support CQUniversity’s international admissions processes while ensuring full compliance with University policies and legislative requirements, including the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act. Utilizing your extensive knowledge of the ESOS Act and related legislation, you will manage applications from assessment through to issuing Confirmations of Enrolment. Additionally, you will assist with compliance operations withing the Directorate, focusing on student compliance and visa reporting to ensure the University meets all regulatory obligations.

Position Requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of the ESOS Act, National Code and Student Visa regulations, in the context of the higher and vocational education industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge, of University policies and procedures.
- Expert knowledge of international student admissions including Genuine Student and Financial requirements.
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with people from various cultural backgrounds, always exhibit cultural awareness and respect cultural differences and at all levels.
Desirable
- Fluency in another language.
- A relevant degree or diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience working with International Admissions.
