Based within the School of Business and Law, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching across areas such as Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Statutory Interpretation, Revenue Law, Legal Automation and Remedies. Position Requirements

 

  • Relevant PhD (or equivalent) in law.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education.
  • Understanding of current professional and educational issues within the legal profession.
  • Demonstrated research and/or teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: Administrative Law, Constitutional Law and Statutory Interpretation.
