CQUniversity Australia is seeking a Manager - International Admissions to lead our dynamic team and drive excellence across all international student admissions processes.

You will report to the Deputy Director, International Operations, overseeing admissions across a diverse portfolio of courses, including Higher Degree Research, Coursework degrees, study abroad, VET, and ELICOS. In this role, you will ensure operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with university and government regulations, while continuously improving systems and workflows to support our international recruitment goals.

Position Requirements

 

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in university international admissions practices and processes, including compliance with relevant policies, legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislative frameworks such as TEQSA, ASQA, the ESOS Act, National Code and Student Visa regulations, and the ability to interpret and apply these in the context of international student applications
  • Detailed knowledge of business support software and large corporate information systems, with the ability to leverage technology to improve admissions processes and reporting.
