We are seeking an enthusiastic administrative professional to provide a broad range of support across the School and ensure a high level of service is provided to our staff and students. You will undertake a range of duties as specified by School Leaders, ensuring that they adhere to relevant service standards and comply with University Policy and Procedure.

 

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and bring with you your ability to use your initiative and problem-solving skills to complete tasks within set timeframes, while delivering a high level of customer service to others.

Position Requirements

 

  • Knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate University operating systems.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative support to a senior manager and implementing streamlined processes and systems within a busy office environment.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) with proven ability to draft a range of professional documentation and provide accurate advice and information others.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
  • Proven ability to organise work, meet deadlines and resolve problems with minimal supervision and coordinate projects where required.
