- Lecturer (Academic B) - Total Remuneration $134,885 to $157,870 pa (including salary of $113,980 to $133,403 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
- Senior Lecturer (Academic C) - Total Remuneration $162,470 to $184,987 pa (including salary of $137,290 to $156,317 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer and Senior Lecturer to join our College of Law. This remote role offers flexibility to work from home while remaining connected to a collaborative academic community. You will contribute to teaching, supervision, and research in areas such as Contract Law, Torts, Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Law, Revenue Law, Remedies, Dispute Resolution, Environmental Law, Legal Automation, and Criminal Law in Practice. Appointment level depends on qualifications and experience.

Position Requirements
- Possession of an LLB or JD and a PhD (or SJD) in Law, or equivalent experience.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education.
- Ability to deliver high-quality online teaching and develop curriculum using flexible learning technologies, with knowledge of academic standards and assessment processes.
- Proven track record of impactful research, publications, and successful supervision of higher degree research students.
- Understanding of current professional and educational issues within the legal profession and experience in one or more areas such as Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, or Statutory Interpretation.
Additional Requirements for Senior Lecturer
- Proven ability to lead curriculum development and research projects, including mentoring academic staff.
- Experience in drafting competitive research grant applications and securing external funding.
- Capacity to influence program development and contribute to improving ERA rankings and research impact.
