The Senior Alumni Officer is a key member of CQUniversity’s Advancement operations, responsible for planning and delivering a comprehensive, digital-first program of communications, volunteering opportunities and experiential activities to the University’s global community of 140 000+ graduates.

 

This position would suit someone who has exceptional communication and organisational skills, is data-driven, self-motivated, has the capacity to adapt rapidly to changing priorities, and enjoys high variety in their daily work.

Position Requirements

 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to connect with stakeholders via mass communication methods or one-on-one as the situation requires.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement project/program management experience, with demonstrated ability to develop plans and implement them successfully.
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in the operation of Customer Relationship Management systems, electronic communication platforms and marketing automation programs.
