• Total Remuneration $107,321 to $115,586 pa (including salary of $90,688 to $97,672 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

We are looking for an individual who loves helping the business in their day-to-day use of our enterprise systems, who is passionate about delivering better solutions that will enhance both our student and staff experience, whilst streamlining our business operations and easing staff workload.

You will work with the wider technology delivery team and our strategic vendors to bring to life our system capabilities to the business community. Using your technical and functional knowledge gained within the education or related sector you will provide support, implementation assistance and problem analysis over CQUinversity’s enterprise systems.

Position Requirements

• Demonstrated working knowledge of software design principles and ability to understand program code and relational database setups.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret user needs.
• Completed a relevant IT degree and have at least one year of work experience in supporting Information Systems; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
   

Desirable
 

• Experience in Technology One applications
• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture principles
• Understanding of Agile principles
• Exposure to Jira/Confluence
• ITIL foundations
