The Educational Quality and Integrity Directorate (EQID) provides a variety of services that support CQUniversity's pursuit of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement in educational delivery. 

 

The Academic Pathways Team are committed to maintaining quality, compliance and the integrity of courses whilst assessing applications for credit for prior learning towards CQUniversity's higher education courses, and credit transfer applications towards CQUniversity's VET courses. 

 

We are currently seeking an Academic Pathways Administration officer to join our team. The successful applicant will manage case assignments in SugarCRM, and process credit and articulation applications using StudentOne and associated systems. In this role, you will prepare support documents required for credit applications and articulations.

Position Requirements

 

  • Proficient in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge, interpret and implement CQUniversity’s courses/units, policies/procedures, and current legislative guidelines.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of administrative practices including an ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines, and resolve administrative problems with minimal supervision.
