As an Accounts Payable Officer, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of the University’s financial processes. Working under the guidance of the Coordinator, Accounts Payable, this role involves providing reliable financial, administrative, and clerical support to help ensure the efficient delivery of accounts payable services.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to acquire a strong knowledge of University wide finance related policies and processes and implement these concepts as required.
  • Experience using large financial information systems and business support software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A diploma-level qualification with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
