We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in the College of Information and Communications Technology (CoICT), where you’ll play a key role in supporting both staff and students.
This position will work across both Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education (HE) in the School of Engineering and Technology, providing broad administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of teaching and learning activities.
This role offers variety – from managing emails and organising meetings to maintaining records, assisting with events, coordinating casual appointments, and preparing documentation. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to providing excellent service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Position Requirements
- Proficient in the operation of computers.
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to organise work, meet deadlines and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
