Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety in your work? CQUniversity is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Facilities Management Directorate, providing vital support across property management and the University’s unique art collection.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Facilities Management Director and a supportive team, taking ownership of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly while contributing to exciting art and property projects across the University.
We’re seeking an individual with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a positive team environment and make a real impact on our facilities and art management. Position Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems such as Archibus and Finance One.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles involving diary management, correspondence, event coordination, and client service.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- A relevant associate-level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desirable
- Understanding of asset management principles.
- Knowledge of property leasing arrangements; or the ability to gain knowledge quickly.
- Previous experience in a role with audit, assessment management, invoice processing.
