Join our dynamic Facilities Management team as an Administration Officer – Art and Property! In this role, you’ll support our Art Collection and Property Management activities, working closely with experienced colleagues. You’ll manage invoicing, data management, stakeholder liaison, and basic leasing documentation. Additionally, you’ll assist in managing our university art collection, implementing asset management systems, and conducting audits. 

 

We’re seeking an individual with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously. Position Requirements

 

  • Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety management strategies and legislative requirements.
  • Completion of a certificate level qualification with relevant work-related experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. 
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Detailed knowledge of business support software and finance systems. 
  • Knowledge of property leasing arrangements; or the ability to gain knowledge quickly (desirable).
