CQUniversity is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our vibrant and diverse student community through the Student Partnerships team. As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting student-led initiatives and programs, helping shape a positive, inclusive student experience across our campuses.  You’ll assist with everything from supporting the Student Representative Council to peer-led support programs – all while delivering professional, efficient, and friendly service.

Position Requirements

 

  • Proficiency in a range of computer systems and tools, including databases, email, and MS Office Suite.
  • Completion of a diploma (or equivalent experience) in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience supporting a team in the coordination and delivery of programs and related logistical tasks.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills — able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in working with diverse groups.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes.
  • Ability to occasionally work outside standard hours (e.g. during events).
