The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) team at CQUniversity is seeking a motivated and adaptable administrative professional to join the team as an Administration Officer.
In this role, you will provide frontline support to students while navigating established processes and operational procedures. You will manage the administrative tasks associated with pre-placement requirements, including coordinating documentation and ensuring mandatory checks are completed before students commence their industry placements.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in administration, business support or operational roles, with the ability to work reliably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly develop knowledge of University policies, procedures and legislative requirements related to pre-placement mandatory checks.
- Proficiency in the use of information systems, web browsers, email and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to work across customer relationship management systems and quality frameworks to achieve effective outcomes.
- Well-developed customer service skills with an understanding of, and ability to support, the needs of a culturally diverse university community.
