As the Administration and Finance Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations on track and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. From managing financial tasks and procurement to coordinating meetings and supporting leadership, your work will underpin the success of a busy, community-focused team.
As the first point of contact, you’ll respond to stakeholder enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, while also providing high-level executive support to the Executive Director and SPSP team – managing travel bookings, diary coordination, and secretariat duties for meetings and working groups. You will also assist with planning and delivering events and projects, and maintain operational documentation such as action plans, contracts, and registers.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support, executive assistance, financial coordination, and/or stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Hold a C Class driver’s licence, be willing to travel, and open to working outside standard business hours for events.
- Be eligible to obtain or currently hold a valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
