The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate leads the University’s strategic communications, alumni engagement and philanthropic initiatives, supporting positive outcomes across our national footprint.
As a key member of the Advancement Services team, you will play an important role in supporting CQUniversity’s Alumni, Advancement and Philanthropy strategies. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality administrative support, stakeholder engagement and campaign coordination to help strengthen connections with alumni, donors and community partners.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with demonstrated administrative and communication skills, ideally gained in customer service, membership or education settings. You will be confident working across large systems, managing accurate data, and contributing to reports and communications that support strategy.

Position Requirements
- Experience in customer service, alumni, membership, sales, marketing or education administration roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in business software and corporate systems (e.g. Word, Excel, databases, email, CRM).
- High attention to detail, strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
