At CQUniversity Library, we take a unique approach to delivering digital library services. As a key member of the Library's Student and Academic Engagement team, you will collaborate with Library staff and Digital Services to provide high-quality, user-centred services to our diverse community of library clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating within a service management framework to provide a high standard of client service including responding to and resolving complex client requests via digital service channels.
- Assisting clients with finding and using information resources.
- Providing advice and support to academic and teaching staff on using library resources in teaching and assisting with the processing of eReading lists.
- Providing advice to researchers and research teams relating to scholarly publishing, research impact and data management.

Position Requirements
- Eligible for associate, or allied field membership with the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
- Relevant experience in providing advanced information services with the proven ability to use high-level problem solving and decision-making skills to resolve complex problems and improve business processes.
- Advanced skills and experience with a wide range of electronic resources, systems and software used in a library environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts, convey information in a non-technical manner and consult with a diverse range of internal and external clients.
