As a Clinical Registrar, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring students at the CQUniversity Psychology Wellness Centre and delivering psychological services to clients. Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate closely with Clinic Supervisors and Administration Officers, fostering both your scholarly and professional expertise in the field. In addition to clinical duties, you will manage teaching responsibilities on-campus and online, ensuring well-structured planning and assessment to support students in achieving their academic and professional goals.

This position is integral to delivering high-quality psychological services that positively influence the wellbeing and success of students and clients alike. It also offers an exceptional opportunity for career progression in Clinical Psychology. We currently have two registrarship positions available: a one-year term and a two-year term.

Position Requirements

• Completion of a Master of Clinical Psychology.
• Commitment to undergo the Clinical Registrar Program under supervision of the Director, Psychology Wellness Centre for the two years.
• Eligible to be a Medicare provider for the Wellness Centre.
• Proficient in academic writing and familiar with university standards, research, and referencing.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills; experienced in mentoring students and providing quality psychological assessment and intervention services.
