Position Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a solid understanding of contemporary administrative practices.
- Proven secretarial skills, including managing meetings, preparing agendas, transcribing minutes, and monitoring committee actions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to negotiate and consult with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
