Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a knack for providing exceptional administrative support? The Governance Directorate is seeking a highly motivated and professional Committee Support Officer to join our team.

 

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our committees and maintaining effective communication within and outside the organisation. You will act as the first point of contact for the Committees Team and provide a high standard of secretarial business support to the team.

Position Requirements

 

  • Proficient in the operation of computers including detailed knowledge of business support software including Word, spreadsheeting, database systems and email.
  • Proven experience in providing a high level of professional customer service to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Completion of an associate diploma or certificate level qualification with relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (Desirable).
