In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure our operations and projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing financial processes such as organising purchase orders, payments, generating reports, checking and preparing journals, and maintaining data integrity.  Additionally, you will handle the allocation and purchase of mobile devices for CQUniversity staff, as well as coordinate meetings, events, and calendars to facilitate seamless operations.

Position Requirements

 

  • Customer service experience both face-to-face or online, as well as a can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in the operation of computer applications and the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proven time management with ability to multitask and achieve goals within timeframes.
