CQUniversity’s Finance Directorate supports the University’s strategic goals through expert financial management, compliance and service delivery across all areas. We are seeking a capable leader to oversee banking, cashiering and payment operations that keep the University running smoothly.
In this role, you will supervise a dedicated team, ensuring accurate and timely processing while delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders. You will monitor daily cash flow, verify transactions and support the University in meeting its financial commitments. You will also maintain compliance with legislative and audit requirements and provide expert advice to enhance processes and strengthen financial controls.

Position Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles in a large organisation, with experience supporting banking and payment operations.
- Proficient in corporate finance systems and business software, including advanced spreadsheet functions, word processing, email and internet tools.
- Experienced in analysing and resolving complex financial data and operational matters.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
