The Students Directorate oversees the continuous improvement, administration, and regulatory reporting of student data at both State and National levels, supporting accurate and compliant services across the University.

 

In this position, you will analyse reporting requirements, identify and resolve data inconsistencies, and contribute to system and process improvements. You will also support audits and projects and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the University.

 

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in data administration and large corporate systems. You will bring strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality outcomes. Position Requirements

 

  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire, an understanding of relevant legislation and reporting requirements relating to student data and information systems.
  • Advanced digital capability, including experience developing spreadsheets and databases, and using customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present clear, concise reports.
  • Experience working with large corporate databases and web-based systems.
  • Proven ability to work proactively, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve complex administrative or stakeholder issues.
  • A relevant qualification with subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education or specialist expertise (desirable).
