An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced corporate training professional to join CQUniversity as the inaugural Director, Corporate Training Solutions.

In this role you will provide strategic leadership, management and oversight of the Corporate Training Solutions team. You will develop effective professional and consultative relationships with stakeholders to provide industry-focused, high quality and innovative training and education solutions which meet our corporate clients’ expectations.

You will bring to this role your knowledge and experience in corporate training – or from an area with a similar focus – quality learning and teaching practices, demonstrated leadership and management expertise and a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes for stakeholders.

Position Requirements

 

  • 5 or more years’ experience within a similar role or within an education provider that has a corporate training focus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality learning and teaching practices.
  • Proven expertise in the management of human and material resources.
  • Highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills to deliver flexible, responsive and quality client service.
  • Demonstrated capacity for best practice in managing teaching and learning activities.
  • A willingness to drive, and get directly involved in, developing and rolling out new ways of doing things.
