The Employee Experience Team plays a key role in creating positive and supportive experiences for CQUniversity employees across key moments of their employment journey. From onboarding and employee support through to development, progression and offboarding, the team helps ensure our people feel valued, informed and supported.
As an Employee Experience Assistant, you will provide responsive administrative and operational support across a range of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee records, training administration, employee enquiries and HR system activities. You will help deliver consistent, timely and people-centred services that support our employees and enhance their experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys helping others and making a positive impact. You will join a collaborative team that values service excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, empathy and professionalism.
In this role you will:
- Provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with onboarding, employee changes, development activities and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee information and support HR system activities.
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide timely support.
- Contribute to process improvement and initiatives that enhance the way we support our employees.
- Help create positive experiences that build employee engagement and confidence in People and Culture.
