Be part of CQUniversity’s Talent Acquisition Team where you will deliver advisory and recruitment support services to clients including hiring managers, HR stakeholders and candidates.

This fixed-term opportunity is an excellent way to gain valuable experience in employee recruitment within a university environment.
You will be placed in a function that allows you to build connections across the organisation where you will work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders. With your strong technical skills, you'll coordinate end-to-end recruitment through SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply your creativity in writing job advertisements and shaping recruitment strategies.

Position Requirements
- Communication & Relationships – Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate within the team, and build positive working relationships across the organisation.
- Time Management & Prioritising – Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage shifting deadlines, and maintain progress across a range of administrative or client-focused responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail – Demonstrated ability in preparing documentation, accurately interpreting data, and taking ownership of tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Policy Interpretation & Advice – Capable of interpreting enterprise agreements, policies and procedures, and providing clear advice to stakeholders.
- Marketing Skills – Experienced in developing high quality messaging for different target audiences and creating engaging job advertisements or promotional content.
- Adaptable – Comfortable working across a variety of digital platforms (e.g. SAP, Workday, PageUp, Microsoft Office Suite), and the ability to learn new systems and understand their functions.
